继电器测试编辑
①测触点电阻:用万用表的电阻挡,测量常闭触点与动点电阻,其阻值应为0;而常开触点与动点的阻值就为无穷大。由此可以区别出那个是常闭触点,那个是常开触点。
②测线圈电阻:可用万用表R×10挡测量继电器线圈的阻值,从而判断该线圈是否存在着开路现象。
③测量吸合电压和吸合电流:用可调稳压电源和电流表,给继电器输入一组电压,且在供电回路中串入电流表进行监测。慢慢调高电源电压,听到继电器吸合的声音时,记录吸合电压和吸合电流。为求准确,可以尝试多次求平均值。
④测量释放电压和释放电流:也是像上述那样连接测试,当继电器发生吸合后,再逐渐降低供电电压,当听到继电器再次发生释放声音时,记下此时的电压和电流,亦可尝试多次而取得平均的释放电压和释放电流。一般情况下,继电器的释放电压为吸合电压的10%~50%如果释放电压大小(小于1/10的吸合电压),则不能正常使用,这样会对电路的稳定性造成威胁,使工作不可靠。

⑤ Contact switching voltage and current: refers to the voltage and current that the relay allows to load. It determines the size of the voltage and current that the relay can control, and cannot exceed this value when used, otherwise it is easy to damage the contact of the relay.

① Measure contact resistance: use the electric barrier of a multimeter to measure the normally closed contact and moving point resistance, and the resistance value should be 0; The resistance of the normally open contact and the moving point is infinite. So you can tell that one is a normally closed contact and that one is a normally open contact.
② Measuring coil resistance: a multimeter R×10 can be used to measure the resistance of the relay coil, so as to determine whether there is an open circuit phenomenon in the coil.
③ Measure the suction voltage and suction current: with adjustable voltage regulator power supply and ammeter, input a group of voltage to the relay, and in the power supply loop into the ammeter for monitoring. Slowly increase the power supply voltage, and record the voltage and current of the relay when the sound is heard. For accuracy, you can try the average multiple times.
④ Measure the release voltage and release current: it is also connected to the test as above, when the relay draws, then gradually reduce the supply voltage, when you hear the release sound of the relay again, record the voltage and current at this time, you can also try many times to obtain the average release voltage and release current. Under normal circumstances, the release voltage of the relay is 10% to 50% of the pull voltage. If the release voltage is less than 1/10 of the pull voltage, it can not be used normally, which will threaten the stability of the circuit and make the work unreliable.
