② DC resistance: refers to the DC resistance of the coil in the relay, which can be measured by a multimeter.
③ Suction current: refers to the small current that the relay can produce suction action. In normal use, the given current must be slightly greater than the draw current for the relay to work stably. For the working voltage added to the coil, generally do not exceed 1.5 times the rated working voltage, otherwise it will produce a large current and burn the coil.
④ Release current: It refers to the large current generated by the relay to release the action. When the current in the draw state of the relay is reduced to a certain degree, the relay will return to the unpowered release state, and the current is far less than the draw current.
⑤ Contact switching voltage and current: refers to the voltage and current that the relay allows to load. It determines the size of the voltage and current that the relay can control, and cannot exceed this value when used, otherwise it is easy to damage the contact of the relay.

① Measure contact resistance: use the electric barrier of a multimeter to measure the normally closed contact and moving point resistance, and the resistance value should be 0; The resistance of the normally open contact and the moving point is infinite. ② Measuring coil resistance: a multimeter R×10 can be used to measure the resistance of the relay coil, so as to determine whether there is an open circuit phenomenon in the coil.
③ Measure the suction voltage and suction current: with adjustable voltage regulator power supply and ammeter, input a group of voltage to the relay, and in the power supply loop into the ammeter for monitoring. Slowly increase the power supply voltage, and record the voltage and current of the relay when the sound is heard. For accuracy, you can try the average multiple times.
④ Measure the release voltage and release current: it is also connected to the test as above, when the relay draws, then gradually reduce the supply voltage, when you hear the release sound of the relay again, record the voltage and current at this time, you can also try many times to obtain the average release voltage and release current. Under normal circumstances, the release voltage of the relay is 10% to 50% of the pull voltage. If the release voltage is less than 1/10 of the pull voltage, it can not be used normally, which will threaten the stability of the circuit and make the work unreliable.
